So amateur age 5:). professional mid teens<\/p>\n<p><strong>An important skill for a career in music that does not have anything to do with an instrument or making music:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Being nice \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nOrganising&nbsp; skills, patience, and perseverance<\/p>\n<p><strong>Two ways you stay motivated:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Don&#8217;t need ways to stay motivated.&nbsp; Everyday is a joy if I can practice music&nbsp; and learn<\/p>\n<p><strong>Latest Project:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A CD called &#8220;Dale and Friends&#8221;. consisting of a group of my duos and a trio.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What inspired it:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I like to compose and want to work with my friends.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who\u2019s on it:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Thomas Kirchhoff, Laura Young, S\u00fcmeyye Ergun, Liying Zhu, Frank Gerstmeier, Zoran Dukic and Aniello Desiderio,&nbsp; and Margarita Escarpa.
